How to Return
You can return your unwanted items quickly and easily via our returns portal at justinhampshire.com.
- Visit our returns portal at justinhampshire.com.
- Follow the simple on-screen instructions to generate your returns authorisation and free returns label.
- Pack your items securely in their original packaging, if possible, and attach the returns label to the outside of the parcel.
- Drop your parcel off at your local designated drop-off point.
Once we have received your return, we will process it within 14 days. Your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note, your bank may take additional time to process and credit the refund to your account.
Important Returns Information
- All returns must be received by us within 28 days of you receiving your order.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- For hygiene reasons, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on face coverings, unless faulty.
- We recommend using a tracked delivery service and obtaining proof of postage, as we cannot be held responsible for parcels lost in transit.
- The cost of returning unwanted items is free for UK returns via our online returns portal. For all other destinations, the cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is faulty.
Faulty Items
We are sorry if you have received a faulty item. Please contact us via the returns portal at justinhampshire.com within 30 days of receipt, and our customer service team will be happy to assist you.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer a direct exchange service. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the unwanted item for a refund via the returns portal at justinhampshire.com and place a new order for the desired item.
Cancelling Your Order Under The Distance Selling Regulations
If you have changed your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason. To cancel your order, please visit our returns portal at justinhampshire.com. You then have a further 14 days from the date you notify us of cancellation to return the goods to us.
